Winter Class Schedule

Here is my schedule of group fitness classes that I am teaching now.  All classes are open to walk-ins and I always encourage students to bring along a friend with them.  Group fitness is all about the "feel" of the class working together.  The more people the more energy there is to lift you (and me!!!) up!


Monday (Beginning 2/24)
Bootcamp (all levels) - 7pm-8pm.  Bring water, a mat and dumbbells to class (5 or 8lb weights suggested).  Go to the Eden Central School District Website HERE to register.  Walk-ins are $5 (your first class is free).  Class is held in the GLP Primary School gym.  

Tuesday
Cardio Dance (all levels) - 6-7pm.  Bring water and your dancing shoes!  
Bootcamp (all levels) - 7:15-8:15pm.  Bring water, a mat and dumbbells to class (5 or 8lb weights suggested).  Both classes are held in the Bodyshaping By Sandy Lakeview Studio.

Thursday
Cardio Dance (all levels) - 6-7pm.  Bring water and your dancing shoes!

Cardio Kick (all levels) - 9-10am.  Bring water and a mat to class.  Class is held in the Orchard Park Presbyterian Church.
