I really enjoyed the quick pace of the workout. The entire workout was 20 seconds of effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, traditional Tabata form. The moves changed each set (most of the time) which was refreshing. The Tabata sets themselves were arranged into body groups as well which was nice because who wants to spend 30 minutes jumping like a maniac from start to end in 20 second intervals. Not this girl. I highly recommend this workout. It is quick, it gets you sweaty (Mike was a healthy shade of bright pink at the end), and it gets the job done.
